The John Frieda shade
specific product has only
three shades but between
clear, color matched and
poly-foil tubes it can look
like much more. Different
tubes can have the same
shade name. It’s confusing;
hard to shop and hard to
stock. Adding “collection” dilutes the John Frieda
name. Only poly-foil
tubes on shelf support the brand’s light enhancing proposition. Everything
is in that tube; color is more effective, matte vs. gloss finishes and caps make
shampoos more distinct
from conditioners and the
entire line more integrated.
